So, what have we got then? Well we have the entire chassis, minus the parts lost at the NMM since the fire, the remains of the engine and gearbox, the sidecar wheel and hub (the latter will need new bearings etc.), the exhaust system,  front brake disc and caliper plate (the caliper has gone), the front and rear wheel spindles, gear change link and various brackets and bits which were still attached to the chassis.

Amongst our archives we also have the original 16 inch rear wheel complete with tyre (the wheel with the Manx hub was only added for the 1968 TT), two Dunlop 16 inch rims and tyres, a spare 10 inch tyre for the sidecar wheel , an engine and gearbox unit which was included with  the machine when we acquired it, rear brake lever, stencils of the "Kirby BSA"  and "Tom Kirby Racing" motifs taken from the originals during the first restoration, and the short circuit fuel tank (the 5 gallon tank was only used at the TT).  We have a set of rear sprockets, all stamped "T V" including the TT one. Our last competitive race on this outfit was probably at Cadwell Park, so that would have been the sprocket that perished. Also a pair of 1" 5/32 GP carburetors, complete with the matchbox float chambers, two 12v Lucas ignition coils, front and rear suspension units, Lucas fuel pump, several different  sizes of Reynold tubing,  new rear chain and various other sundry items. We have also managed to acquire a Rickman front hub and brake caliper,

Information from Maureen Hornby (Terry's widow) led us to the workshop in Essex where the sidecar nosecone was made and they still had the exact mould, so we have now got a new one of these too, together with new kneeler troughs. Also a sidecar wheel arch (from the same mould as the original). We also have a Lockheed front brake lever assembly, donated by Roy Hanks, and several good photographs plus video and film footage etc.to enable us to verify detail. Plus the rear brake lever and anchor plate and the kneeler support (used with the short circuit tank)..
